SMU men's soccer remains undefeated while Georgetown men's soccer extended its win streak to nine consecutive games after Week 10 of the men's college soccer season.
The No. 1-ranked Mustangs will likely retain their spot atop the United Soccer Coaches rankings following a 5-2 win over Central Arkansas and a 2-0 win over California this week to improve their record to 12-0-2 this season. Georgetown, meanwhile, is right behind SMU with a 13-1-1 record, with its only loss coming over a month ago against Maryland on Sept. 7.
South Carolina, meanwhile, continues to slide down the rankings. The Gamecocks, ranked No. 1 earlier this season, have
lost two of their last three games against unranked Georgia State and Central Florida, and could fall out of the top 25 entirely this week.
