With just a little over one week remaining in the regular flag football season, time is running out for Alaska teams to make their case in the rankings.
The top four teams have begun to separate themselves from the rest of the field, but the biggest question remains: Who will emerge as the No. 1 team?
Dimond, South Anchorage and Colony each have one loss, with South Anchorage's lone defeat coming in overtime against Dimond. We'll have to wait and see how the final week shakes out.
The ASAA First National Bowl Girls Flag Football State Championship will take place Oct. 8-10 at Wasilla High School
