You should always consult your primary care physician before engaging in any workout or recovery routine. If you have a pacemaker, are pregnant or have epilepsy, you should avoid using this machine. If you don't fall into any of these categories, here are some of the benefits it can offer:
- 24 settings: Select from one of 24 preset massage modes, which are accessible via six larger massage settings.
- Long battery life: Get 10 hours of massaging and recovery on a single charge via the included charging cable.
- Versatility: This is a great option for nearly anyone, from athletes to frequent road trippers, to older adults and many people with varied life situations in-between.
Note from the editor: My husband suffers from chronic back pain, so I got him a TENS unit for Christmas last year. He has used it every day since, and gets relief from his daily aches and pains. If you've been thinking of trying one, an affordable TENS device like this one is the perfect entry level unit to try.

Yoleo Inversion Table
As a former competitive boxer who still regularly trains, I can say that purchasing one of these was among the best money I've spent towards post-workout recovery. The repeated twisting motions associated with my sport lead to a lot of back strain and tension, which hanging from my inversion table helps to mitigate.
