National Chicken Finger Day is Monday, July 27, and Raising Cane's has an offer for loyalty members to celebrate the occasion.
According to the fast food chicken chain, Caniac Club members and Hot Fresh News subscribers nationwide can get a free chicken finger with the purchase of a Box Combo on July 27.
The company said the offer will automatically be loaded to Caniac Club members' accounts and can be redeemed at restaurants nationwide by swiping their Caniac Club card in-restaurant or placing an order online linked to a Caniac account. Customers who aren't Caniac Club members can join by visiting any location and requesting a Caniac Club card, then registering and verifying their email address. Customers must be registered by 11:59 p.m. local
time on Saturday, July 25, to receive the offer.
Additionally, Hot Fresh News subscribers will receive an email with a QR code redeemable for the same offer. Customers can sign up by creating a Raising Cane's online or mobile account and selecting "Send Me Emails" under Hot Fresh News, or by updating their communication preferences on an existing account to receive emails. This also must be done by 11:59 p.m. local time on Saturday, July 25, for customers to be eligible for the offer.
Raising Cane's also said it will donate $1 from every Box Combo purchased on July 27, up to $1 million, to Kickstart Kids, a nonprofit founded by late martial artist and actor Chuck Norris that aims to teach character and leadership through martial arts.
The restaurant chain created the fictional holiday in 2010 and even trademarked the phrase "National Chicken Finger Day" in 2019. Raising Cane's has more than 900 locations across more than 40 states.

National Chicken Finger Day, which is Monday, July 27, is an unofficial holiday created by Todd Graves, the founder of Raising Cane’s, in 2010 to "recognize and celebrate (the chain's) delicious chicken fingers," the company says on its website. (The event is not to be confused with National Chicken Wing Day, which is July 29.)
The company says on its website it has given away more than 1 million chicken fingers on National Chicken Finger Day.
