Olipop, the probiotic soda brand, is expanding from gut health to oral health with its first tube of toothpaste.
On Oct. 14, Olipop and oral care brand Boka unveiled their Pomegranate Sparkle n-Ha Toothpaste, a fluoride-free, nano-hydroxyapatite formula, flavored to taste like Olipop's latest pomegranate soda, featuring notes of pomegranate, passionfruit, lemon and vanilla flavors. The collaboration comes ahead of the winter holiday season.
"At Boka, we believe the best wellness routines are the ones you actually look forward to," Sarah Mountcastle Mitchell, Boka general manager, said in a news release. "Olipop has completely reimagined what a better-for-you soda can look and taste like, and we've taken a similar approach to oral care. This collaboration
brings those two worlds together in a fun, unexpected way, turning an everyday routine into something that feels special for the holiday season."
Probiotic toothpaste isn't unique to Olipop. Probiotic toothpaste, which has been growing popular on the market, contains the bacteria Lacticaseibacillus paracasei (formerly Lactobacillus paracasei), and may reduce plaque build-up and maintain a neutral plaque pH balance in the mouth.
Ready to brush? Here's what to know about the new probiotic toothpaste.

I tried Boka and Olipop's pomegranate toothpaste. Here's my review
The Pomegranate Sparkle n-Ha Toothpaste is a fun concept but not a toothpaste I look to continue using after my initial "taste" test. The toothpaste is very sweet, and when I finished rinsing, I was left feeling like I had just chewed a piece of pomegranate gum, rather than brushing my teeth. The toothpaste also didn't froth up as much as I expected, presenting a more watery consistency.
