From high school athletics to reality television.
That's the path Andover High School Athletic Director Kerry Cashman is taking. Cashman, 37, was announced as one of 30 contestants for Netflix's Love is Blind season 11, on Monday, Sept. 28.
According to Andover High School's website, Cashman is serving as the interim athletics director for the 2026-27 season. Season 11 of the show was filmed before the school year took place in Boston. The first episodes of the new season are slated to begin airing on Wednesday, Oct. 14.
The newest season will be once again hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, with 30 single men and women hoping to find love while
opening up about themselves to America.
Prior to being named the interim AD, Cashman spent nine years as the Assistant Director of Athletics at Andover. She has also spent time as head coach of the Unified Basketball and Unified Track programs and as assistant coach of the girls’ basketball team.
Before joining Andover's athletic department in 2017, Cashman was the Athletic Director at Bradford Christian Academy. She has also coached collegiate women’s basketball at UMass Lowell, the University of New Hampshire and Lesley University.
Cashman was a four-year player for the women’s basketball team at Boston University, spending two seasons as a captain. She broke out during her senior season, averaging 7.5 points, 8.7 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game.
She played high school basketball at Exeter High School (New Hampshire), where she was a nominee for the McDonald’s All-American Team in her senior season after averaging 16.5 points and 10.8 rebounds to go along with 3.1 blocks per game. She was also a three-year starter on the high school volleyball team.
