Princess Kate is embracing fall with deep green tartan print.
The mother-of-three stepped out in Belfast, Northern Ireland, with husband Prince William on Friday, Oct. 9, wearing a pleated plaid skirt, white ruffle blouse and black coat. She paired the autumnal look with a pair of dark stiletto heels.
The princess 44, also carried a small handbag from Mulberry, a luxury British brand firmly favored by the royals, including Kate, who is often seen rocking their statement designs.
During their one-day visit, the Prince and Princess of Wales visited a church in the south of the city that is being transformed into a community center The pair stopped to chatter and pose for photos with members of the public who had gathered outside, despite the rain.
Kate's bold green fashion choices were perhaps a loving nod to the Emerald Isle, which is where the couple have spent a lot of time in recent years, attending various royal engagements and events.
Friday's visit was the couple's seventh trip to Northern Ireland, which they first visited together in March 2011, a month before they were married.
Their October visit comes following a busy summer for the Wales family, which spanned various royal and national events including Trooping the Colour, Royal Ascot and the Wimbledon championships.
In June, Kate completed the Three Peaks Challenge mountain climb, to raise money for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. In September the future queen hosted a tea party at Windsor Castle for participants of the grueling hike, including a family who "bumped into" Kate as they made their descent down Scotland's Ben Nevis mountain.
Taking to Instagram after the challenge, Kate said the quest was "a chance to explore life beyond diagnosis and to give something back." In January 2025, Kate revealed her cancer was in remission.
The couple share three children Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8, who supported their mom as she embarked on the grueling challenge.
September also brought a huge milestone for future king George, who started at his new boarding school, Eton College, following in the footsteps of father William and estranged unclePrince Harry who both attended the school.
William and Kate accompanied George on his first day last month, smiling as they met school leaders.
