Ollie’s Bargain Outlet’s expansion continues, with the company set to open eight more stores in seven states by the end of October.
The openings planned by the end of the month will be in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Ohio.
The new locations come as Ollie's has opened several stores in former Big Lots properties, after the discount competitor filed for bankruptcy last year. The chain has 650 locations but has said in corporate estimates that it's eyeing growing to over 900 storefronts.
