The Gators ran all over Ole Miss' defense, with star running backs Jadan Baugh and Duke Clark combining for 41 carries for 258 yards with four touchdowns. Quarterback Aaron Philo had a solid day, as he completed 16-of-23 passes for 196 yards with two total touchdowns and no turnovers.
It was going to be tough for the Rebels to rebound from their emotional win over LSU and former Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin in Week 3, especially
on the road. As a result, Ole Miss was thrashed defensively, despite Heisman Trophy contender Trinidad Chambliss having another strong game, with 342 total yards and three total touchdowns in the loss.

Ole Miss will fall in Week 5's Coaches Poll after its loss to Florida on the road. The Rebels shouldn't fall too far, though, especially with the jump the Gators are set to make in the top 25.
No. 11 LSU's result against No. 20 Texas A&M could also play a role in where Ole Miss falls in the rankings. If LSU can defeat the Aggies and stay at least in the top 11 of the poll, it'd be likely Ole Miss stays ranked ahead of the Tigers after it beat them this season.
No. 12 USC also has a chance to jump both No. 11 LSU and No. 6 Ole Miss with a win over No. 16 Oregon in Week 4. It also seems likely for Ole Miss to fall out of the top 10, as each team ranked in the current top 10 is undefeated.
Regardless, Ole Miss should find itself in the early teens of the rankings after the road loss to a team that might be better than previously expected.
