San Francisco 49ers WR Mike Evans hauled in three of his six targets for 34 yards and a touchdown before leaving with an upper body injury in the second quarter of Week 3 against the Arizona Cardinals.

Why It Matters: It is believe Evans is either dealing with a broken rib or strained oblique. Neither is an ideal outcome for the aging receiver. The former can be played through but undoubtedly would be limiting, while the latter could sideline him for multiple games. Evans is expected to go undergo imaging tests on Monday to reveal the seriousness of his injury. Fantasy managers should expect to be without his services in Week 4 against the Broncos.
