Baskin-Robbins is hopping on the Biscoff craze.
The ice cream and cake chain is paying homage to the popular in-flight snack by launching the Biscoff Flavor Collection, a lineup of "indulgent desserts designed to turn everyday occasions into something worth savoring."
From Biscoff Crème Brûlée Ice Cream to the Biscoff Cookie Layered Sundae, the new collection takes inspiration from crème brûlée and Biscoff cookie flavors.
According to Baskin-Robbins, the Biscoff Flavor Collection is now available to enjoy at ice cream shops nationwide, while supplies last. Customers can enjoy the collection in-shop or order the desserts through the BR app for a limited time.
"For many, Biscoff is the iconic cookie that sparks memories of takeoff, window seats, and
anticipation for the journey ahead," Baskin-Robbins said in a statement. "Now, Baskin-Robbins is capturing the same sense of indulgent escape with a collection that tastes like arriving at a cozy European café, one spoonful at a time."
Dubbed a "delicious escape," the full lineup of Biscoff-flavored desserts includes:
- Biscoff Crème Brûlée Ice Cream: French custard ice cream blended with Biscoff cookie pieces and caramelized sugar-flavored swirls.
- Biscoff Cookie Signature Shake: A smooth blend of Biscoff Crème Brûlée ice cream, milk and simple syrup topped with whipped cream and a Biscoff cookie garnish.
- Biscoff Cookie Layered Sundae: Three scoops of Biscoff Crème Brûlée ice cream, layered with Biscoff cookie butter topping and chopped Biscoff cookies, finished with whipped cream, an extra drizzle of Biscoff cookie butter and a Biscoff cookie.
- Biscoff Cookie Cake in a Box: Layers of white cake, chopped Biscoff cookie pieces, Biscoff Crème Brûlée ice cream, whipped frosting and Biscoff Cookie butter topping, all packed into a convenient reclosable box for easy sharing.
Biscoff craze took off last fall
A seasonal release from baked goods franchise Nothing Bundt Cake drew renewed attention to Lotus Biscoff cookies last fall.
The Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake, dubbed "The Diamond of the Season," was such a hit that fans begged to keep the dessert on the menu beyond its scheduled run.
The dessert sold out at several bakeries across the country, according to the company. Some customers said that locations near them had run out of the item.
Claire Jessen, vice president of culinary at Nothing Bundt Cakes, told USA TODAY in 2025 that it had been "watching the cookie butter trend rise over the past few years and knew its warm, spiced flavor would pair perfectly with our moist Bundt Cake and signature cream cheese frosting."
The Dallas-based company brought back the Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake, which will be available until Oct. 11 while supplies last.
Other brands, including Baskin-Robbins, have introduced their own Biscoff-flavored products.
