Baltimore Ravens quarterback Tyler Huntley (toe) left the Week 8 game against the Buffalo Bills in the first half due to a toe injury, and he is considered questionable to return. He was thrust into action with quarterback Lamar Jackson (thumb) doing down after one pass attempt, and then being quickly ruled out.
The Ravens are down to emergency quarterback Joe Fagnano, the undrafted free agent out of UConn. The Ravens can go back to Huntley if he is medically cleared. As such, running back Justice Hill is next in line to play quarterback should anything help to Fagnano.

North. It remains to be seen how serious the injuries for Jackson and Huntley are. The Ravens have a short week, playing in Week 9 on Thursday at home against the Jacksonville Jaguars. At this point, who knows who will be under center. It's a fluid situation.
