Fantasy football Week 9: Trade value chart and rest-of-season rankings

The fantasy football season is officially at the halfway point, and the margin for error is shrinking. If you want to make a playoff push, now is the time to upgrade your roster. There are two primary ways to do that: the waiver wire and trades.

One bad trade can derail a promising season. One smart deal can turn a middling squad into a championship favorite. But knowing when to buy, sell or hold isn't always obvious. Think of these charts as your own personal fantasy football trade analyzer. Whether you're negotiating a blockbuster deal or deciding if a two-for-one

offer is worth accepting, you can quickly compare player values in standard, half-PPR (point per reception) and full-PPR leagues. Get a trade offer? Just pull out your phone's calculator and add up the values on both sides to see who's getting the better end of the deal. We also have values for six-points-per-passing-touchdown and superflex leagues, so you're covered no matter your format.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're offered an uneven trade (i.e., a 2-for-1 or 3-for-1), include the values for the players you'd be moving to the bench or dropping within your calculation. Example: If someone in your league offers you Breece Hall, Stefon Diggs and Josh Downs (combined value of 85) for Malik Nabers (63), it might look like you're getting the better end of it. However, if you're bumping down, say, Bam Knight and Antonio Williams (combined value of 34) to the bench in the process, it's a clear net negative deal for you.

The rankings are based on how players should be valued in 12-team leagues. Players are sorted in order of their half-PPR values.
