Two people died following a helicopter crash in Chatsworth on the evening of Tuesday, Sept. 15. This event followed another fatal vehicle incident earlier that day in the San Fernando Valley community.A helicopter descended between two commercial structures, as reported by the Los Angeles Fire Department at 6:57 p.m. Tuesday. The incident took place at 9151 N. Mason Ave.Firefighters put out the blaze at the scene, according to LAFD spokesperson Jennifer Middleton, and four vehicles sustained damage. Middleton informed the USA TODAY Network that there are four “patients” involved “at this point.” Two people have died, while details regarding the condition of the other two remain unavailable.Details about the helicopter itself were not available either.LAFD
