WNBA Finals Game 6 between the the Atlanta Dream and Golden State Valkyries has been moved to a matinee to be held Thursday, Oct, 29 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
The game has been moved up to 12:30 p.m. ET from 8 p.m. ET to accommodate the Atlanta Hawks game held at the same arena that evening. State Farm Arena seats 17,000 people, in comparison to Gateway Center Arena, which holds 3,500 people. That means more tickets will be available for the pivotal WNBA Finals game.
The Dream are looking for their first championship in franchise history and could clinch at home on Thursday, if they win Game 5 on Monday. With the extra seats added, tickets are on sale for as low as $70 with fees.
