Shoppers looking for the latest in global fashion will soon have a new destination at Ross Park Mall.
ZARA, the internationally recognized clothing retailer, is set to open its first Pittsburgh location in 2028, according to a community announcement.
ZARA to anchor redevelopment at Ross Park Mall
The new store will anchor a broader redevelopment initiative focused on reimagining the east end of the property, according to the announcement. The plans include enhancing Ross Park Mall’s retail mix, home décor offerings and overall customer experience.
Ross Park Mall, a multi-level indoor shopping
destination, features nearly 170 specialty shops, including a mix of national and international retailers — many exclusive to the Pittsburgh market — along with a diverse collection of dining and lifestyle offerings.
ZARA is known for its trend-forward styles, elevated collections and constantly refreshed merchandise. The store will offer clothing for women, men and children in a modern, immersive retail environment.
Simon continues investment in Ross Park Mall
The addition of ZARA is part of Ross Park Mall’s multi-year transformation, which includes investments in gathering spaces, premium amenities and upgraded aesthetics. The next phase of the transformation is already underway, bringing new retail, dining and lifestyle offerings to the property.
“Ross Park Mall’s continued evolution reflects both the strength of the Pittsburgh market and our long-term commitment to delivering the region’s most compelling shopping and lifestyle destination,” said Tom Zervas, director of leasing for Simon Property Group, the mall's owner.
“The arrival of ZARA — a globally recognized, in-demand brand — represents a major milestone in that strategy. Paired with our ongoing investments across the property, this addition underscores our focus on curating an exceptional, best-in-class retail mix and elevated customer experience while continuing to bring highly coveted brands to Western Pennsylvania.”
