What is the story about?

Philadelphia Eagles WR Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) is out and will not play in the Eagles' Week 7 game against the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football, according to a source on Saturday, Oct. 24.

SOURCE: Zach Berman - The Athletic

Why It Matters: Wicks will miss his first game of 2026 after suffering an ankle injury and not practicing this week. With the Eagles and quarterback Tanner McKee already down DeVonta Smith, who was ruled out with a hamstring injury, Wicks will deal a serious blow to the Eagles' receiving corps. Look for rookie WR Makai Lemon and WR Darius Cooper to help pick up the slack. Wicks is more of a WR4 or flex play in fantasy when healthy.
