Canadians Corey Conners and Nick Taylor were 3 down at the turn Saturday, and it looked like the U.S. was about to cut the International lead to a single point going into the final day.

back nine to beat Russell Henley and Jacob Bridgeman 1 up in the day's last match. That gave the Internationals the three-point lead and they go into Sunday, Sept. 27, needing five of the 12 points left to win the Cup for the first time since 1998.
