A win would give Marcus Freeman's team the marquee top-25 victory missing from its resume. A loss, meanwhile, would almost certainly end Notre Dame's playoff hopes for the second straight season, especially with no ranked opponents remaining on its regular-season schedule.

The Fighting Irish and Hurricanes are set for a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff on Saturday, Nov. 7 at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana.
Miami nearly suffered its first loss of the season last week at North Carolina, but two fourth-quarter touchdowns helped Mario Cristobal's team escape with a win and remain undefeated.
