The holidays are right around the corner and Coca-Cola is celebrating by bringing back a special flavor.
The soft drink company said Coca-Cola Holiday Creamy Vanilla will be back for the holidays this year after being introduced last year as the brand's first holiday flavor in five years.
The flavor will be available in standard and zero-sugar varieties, according to the brand's Oct. 7 announcement, and features the "delicious taste of Coca-Cola infused with smooth, creamy vanilla flavor."
The drink will be available at most retailers nationwide across the United States and Canada, as well as online at coca-cola.com, beginning Oct. 12, the company said in a news release. Customers can get the drink in a 12-pack of 12-ounce cans and individual 20-ounce
bottles.
A Coca-Cola spokesperson told USA TODAY Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry will also be returning for the holiday season, however it is unclear when that flavor will be available to purchase.

Coca-Cola reveals new flavors coming in 2027

The beverage company revealed exclusively to USA TODAY on Oct. 5 the new flavor innovations the company is launching in 2027. There will be new flavors of the brand's standard Coca-Cola beverage, in addition to new flavors in the company's Powerade, Mr. Pibb and Topo Chico drinks.
“What people want from their beverages continues to evolve, from new flavors and experiences to added functionality," Shakir Moin, president of marketing, North America, for the Coca-Cola Company, told USA TODAY. "The breadth of our portfolio gives us an incredible opportunity to meet those changing needs and give people more choices for more moments throughout their day.”
Coca-Cola will launch two new flavors of its standard beverage in 2027: Coca-Cola Cherry Lime and Coca-Cola Strawberry Float.
The Cherry Lime flavor launches in February 2027 and blends the "classic cherry flavor consumers know with a bright lime twist," according to the company. Strawberry Float will launch in the summer of 2027, the company told USA TODAY, and blends Coca-Cola's standard flavor with strawberry and creamy vanilla notes. Both flavors will be available in both full-sugar and zero-sugar varieties.
Additionally, the company is conducting a "regional test-and-learn" for prebiotic versions of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Sprite Zero Sugar and Fresca. Each beverage contains 6 grams of prebiotic fiber and zero sugar, according to the company.
The prebiotic sodas will be available on a limited basis across parts of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania beginning in late October.
The company told USA TODAY Powerade is adding Watermelon and Lemon Lime Zero Sugar to its flavor lineup in January 2027. Mr. Pibb is also adding a limited-time flavor in spring 2027 with Mr. Pibb Black Currant, described by the company as a "berry-forward," featuring blackberry and black currant flavors and 54 mg of caffeine.
Topo Chico Colección, a new premium carbonated filtered water, launches in October 2026, while Topo Chico Sabores Pineapple Coconut follows in February 2027, according to Coca-Cola, bringing "new tropical flavors to the brand's fruit-forward sparkling water lineup."
Lastly, Core Power protein shakes is adding a Banana flavor in January 2027 for both the 26g and 42g protein varieties, the brand's first new flavor innovation in almost a decade, according to the company. A Strawberry flavor will also join the 26g protein lineup.
