Is Miley going to announce a full tour?
Miley just released a new song, 'Bass Persuades' and her new album is now available. Does that mean she's going on tour? Not necessarily, but it does track that an artist releases new music and a tour follows to promote that album. However, Miley has said in the past that she's not interested in a full, traditional tour due to the toll it takes on her mental health and sobriety.
Miley has not done a full world tour since the Bangerz Tour, which ran from February to October in 2014. She has done smaller runs and big festivals, but not a full tour.
