Washington Commanders vs. Indianapolis Colts (London game) - 9:30 a.m. ET
- Keenan Allen, WR, Colts (groin): The veteran receiver appeared on the injury report as "a rest day," but that was later changed to add a groin injury. The Colts ruled him out for Week 4 on Saturday. (OUT)
- Jayden Daniels, QB, Commanders (elbow): Daniels managed to practice in a limited capacity but has been ruled out for Week 4. (OUT)
- Rachaad White, RB, Commanders (shoulder): White did not practice this week and will not play in London. (OUT)
- Chig Okonkwo, TE, Commanders (hamstring): Limited in practice this week but is expected to play. (Questionable)
- Terry McLaurin, WR, Commanders (hamstring): McLaurin was added to the injury report Friday after tweaking his hamstring in practice. He is not expected to play. (Doubtful)

Cincinnati Bengals vs. Jacksonville Jaguars - 1 p.m. ET

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Los Angeles Rams - 1 p.m. ET
- DeVonta Smith, WR, Eagles (hamstring): He has not practiced this week and is out for Week 4. (OUT)
- Puka Nacua, WR, Rams (hip): The star receiver was listed as a limited participant in practice this week, but coach Sean McVay said he is "good to go" and will not carry an injury designation for Week 4. (IN)
- Terrance Ferguson, TE, Rams (ankle): The promising tight end has been placed on IR and will miss at least the next four games. (OUT)
Buffalo Bills vs. New England Patriots - 1 p.m. ET

Chicago Bears vs. New York Jets - 1 p.m. ET
- Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Jets (back): The Jets' first-round rookie has been limited at practice because of a back injury and is questionable for Week 4. (Questionable)
- Breece Hall, RB, Jets (quad): New York's starting running back left Week 3 with a quad injury and has been deemed "week-to-week." He will not play in Week 4. (OUT)
- Adonai Mitchell, WR, Jets (finger): Considered "week-to-week," it's no surprise Mitchell will miss his second consecutive game. He will not play in Week 4. (OUT)
- Caleb Williams, QB, Bears (hamstring): Chicago's starting quarterback will miss his second game after failing to practice this week. (OUT)
Baltimore Ravens vs. Tennessee Titans - 1 p.m. ET
- Zay Flowers, WR, Ravens (hamstring): Flowers was limited in practice early in the week before logging a full practice Thursday. He was then limited Friday and is listed as questionable. (Questionable)
- Tyjae Spears, RB, Titans (ankle): Spears did not practice early in the week but upgraded to a full participant Friday. He is questionable but is expected to play. (Questionable)
Minnesota Vikings vs. Miami Dolphins - 4:05 p.m. ET
- De'Von Achane, RB, Dolphins (ACL): Miami's star running back suffered a torn ACL in Week 3. (OUT FOR SEASON)
- Caleb Douglas, WR, Dolphins (ankle): The Dolphins rookie receiver will miss his second consecutive game with an ankle injury. (OUT)
- Justin Jefferson, WR, Vikings (ankle): Jefferson was forced to exit Week 3 with an ankle injury and has been ruled out for Week 4. (OUT)
San Francisco 49ers vs. Denver Broncos - 4:25 p.m. ET
- Mike Evans, WR, 49ers (ribs): The 33-year-old exited Week 3 with a rib injury and missed practice all week, but returned with limited participation Friday. He is a game-time decision heading into Week 4. (Questionable)

Seattle Seahawks vs. Los Angeles Chargers - 4:25 p.m. ET
- Ladd McConkey, WR, Chargers (foot): The receiver practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday but failed to practice Thursday. He upgraded to limited participation Friday and is questionable for Week 4. (Questionable)
- Jadarian Price, RB, Seahawks (chest): Seattle's first-round rookie running back will NOT play Week 4 because of a chest injury he has been nursing. Seattle placed him on IR; he will miss at least the next four games. (OUT)
Carolina Panthers vs. Detroit Lions ("Sunday Night Football) - 8:20 p.m. ET
- Jalen Coker, WR, Panthers (quad): Carolina's breakout receiver exited Week 3 with a quad injury and did not practice to begin the week. He has since logged limited practices Thursday and Friday and is questionable for Sunday night. (Questionable)
New Orleans Saints vs. Atlanta Falcons ("Monday Night Football") - 8:15 p.m. ET
- Travis Etienne Jr., RB, Saints (hamstring): The Saints running back exited Week 3 with a hamstring injury, and the team placed him on IR; he will miss at least the next four games. (OUT)
