Why It Matters: Fantasy players will need to monitor the situation to see if McCaffrey will be able to return. He is one of the top running backs in the NFL when healthy and is a weekly starting option in fantasy leagues. Kaelon Black would receive most of the work if McCaffrey misses time and can be at least a No. 3 running back or flex option.
