The San Francisco 49ers have lost yet another wide receiver to an injury. This time, it's veteran Deebo Samuel.
Samuel was injured after taking a first-and-10 carry off left tackle late in the third quarter. The 30-year-old went down seemingly on his own and remained down on the turf following the play.
Samuel received medical attention on the field but eventually made his way to the sideline. He was seen sitting on the bench, hunched over, after the play and was quickly ruled out for the remainder of the contest because of a hamstring injury.
Here's more to know about Samuel's injury:

49ers WR depth chart
The 49ers dressed five wide receivers for Week 5. Below is a look at the pecking order within the unit.
- Mike Evans
- Deebo Samuel
- Jacob Cowing
- Jordan Watkins
- Brandin Cooks
Samuel isn't the only 49ers receiver dealing with injury issues against the Seahawks. Cowing is also dealing with an ankle injury that has him "questionable" to return.
If Samuel and Cowing can't return, Brock Purdy will have to rely on Evans, Watkins and Cooks to serve as his main weapons to finish the game.
