Why It Matters: Monday night marked just the second time this season that McCaffrey has topped 100 combined yards in a game as Kaelon Black continues to spell the star back more than previous RB2s under the Kyle Shanahan regime. McCaffrey has scored seven times in the last five games, however, keeping him in that upper tier of fantasy backs. The performance against Washington also served as a reminder that CMC is still capable of carrying the load when called upon -- his 25 touches
in Week 6 were by far his highest amount this season. Injuries have waylaid a lot of San Francisco's premium talent on offense, but McCaffrey is still there. He's a solid RB1.
