Why it Matters: Samuel hasn't posted huge yardage totals, but he has made his touches count. Samuel has scored a touchdown in three of the four games, and he has 58 rushing yards combined over the last two contests. If the 49ers lean into using Samuel as a runner more often, it will certainly help his fantasy value. In the meantime, he can be considered a WR4 or touchdown-dependent flex option.
