Frustrated by the dating scene? Sick of superficial swiping? Wish you could sit in a room alone, drink out of a gold-colored wine glass and find the love of your life through a wall?
Netflix's "Love is
Blind" is back in Georgia.
The hit reality dating show debuted in February 2020 and was an instant obsession as the world closed down for the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The very first season cast real people from Atlanta, and by the end of the show, multiple Atlanta locals found their true loves and got married.
Now, the casting directors are back in the Peach State to once again give singles a chance to find love through the shows "experimental" format of picking your love match without ever seeing them.
Here's what to know about the casting call.
What is 'Love is Blind'?
According to the showrunners, "Love is Blind" is a "social experiment" that "follows a group of single men and women from the same region as they date and form connections in separate rooms called 'pods,' where they can talk but never see each other."
The singles can "develop a meaningful bond," and if chosen by the producers, they are given the "opportunity to meet face-to-face and discover whether their physical connection is as strong as the emotional connection they've built."
Following the meeting, the couples are whisked away on a trip to build their connection in a sort of honeymoon phase. Then, they return to real life and live together in their home town to see if their connection can withstand the stresses of family, friends, jobs and life.
At the end of the season, each couple plans a wedding, and both the men and women are asked at the altar whether love is truly blind, and if they would like to marry the other person in their couple.

If you're single, live in Georgia and think you'd be the right fit for the show, casting is now open for the next season of "Love is Blind."
Prospective cast members can go to the casting website and fill out an application.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old, be legal residents of the United States, be able to provide two forms of identification with age and picture verification, be single, not part of the Netflix staff, not running for public office and must hold a valid passport.
Once in the application, potential singles will be asked about their education, what they do for work, their thoughts on children, some of their hobbies and will dig deep into their past dating history.
Some example questions from the application include:
- What is the longest relationship you've been in? The shortest?
- What is something you wish your past romantic partners appreciated about you?
- Why do you think you are single?
- What do you think you bring to the table as a potential lifelong partner?
- Who are your relationship role models and why?
- What familial and cultural traditions are important to you that you'd like to carry over into your marriage one day?
Which Atlanta couples are still together?
Season 1 of "Love is Blind" is widely considered the most successful, as the participants were truly coming into the show blind with no preconceptions on whether the "experiment" would actually work.
By the end, two couples married on the show, and the other four couples split at various times during the process. Giannina Gibelli and Damian Powers split on the wedding day when Damian said no, Jessica Batten and Mark Cuevas split when Jessica said no at the altar, Kelly Chase and Kenny Barnes split when Kelly said no to marriage and Diamond Jack and Carlton Morton split earlier in the season during their trip in Mexico.
While the show aired in 2020, the season was filmed two years prior, meaning the two couples who did get married did so in November 2018.
Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton were fan favorites, and have been together for nearly eight years. They wrote a book titled "Leap of Faith: Finding Love the Modern Way" and have a podcast called "The Love Seat."
The couple welcomed their first son, Ezra, in October 2025.
Amber Pike and Matt Barnett also got married on the show and have stayed together since.
The couple has not been as active online as Speed and Hamilton, but they still actively post moments from their lives, including celebrating the birth of their first child, a daughter, in April 2025.
The two couples have remained friends for the better part of a decade, and regularly spend quality time together as two families, posting their interactions online to show the "Love is Blind" connection continues.
"Over 7 years of friendship and we were lucky enough to become dads the same year! It's wild to see us grow as people and now watch our babies grow together," Barnett commented on a recent post with Hamilton.
