"Breaking Bad" star Dean Norris has been quietly navigating divorce with his wife of 25 years.
Bridget Norris filed for divorce from Dean Norris over a year ago, on Feb. 14, 2025, according to Riverside County, California, Superior Court records reviewed by USA TODAY on Nov. 4.
The case remains open, with a hearing regarding a change in Dean Norris' legal counsel scheduled in January.
USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for the couple for comment. TMZ was first to report the news.

They have five kids together, including two minor children, son Dean Vincent Norris and daughter Zoe Norris, whose budding acting career kicked off this year with roles in two indie films, according to her IMDb page.
According to Bridget Norris' divorce petition,
which was obtained by TMZ, she told the court they were married Oct. 27, 2001, and were separated as of Jan. 15, 2025.
She also asked for joint legal and physical custody of their children as well as spousal support.
Dean Norris has used his prolific Hollywood career to 'support my family'
Dean Norris, who played DEA agent Hank Schrader on "Breaking Bad" and "Better Call Saul," keeps a low profile outside of his onscreen work.
He's racked up plenty of film and TV credits since the franchise wound down, appearing in all three seasons of the CBS show "Under the Dome" as well as playing Air Force Officer Colonel Richard Williams in "The Big Bang Theory" – a role he reprised in the show's spinoff, "Stuart Fails to Save the Universe."
He was also a series regular on TNT's Niecy Nash-starring "Claws" and the CBS sitcom "United States of Al."
Speaking with USA TODAY in 2010, Norris acknowledged that many of the characters he plays are tough-guy law-and-order types. But he wasn't concerned about being pigeonholed if that meant a steady paycheck.
"I never had a month or so go by where I haven't had a job, but you always worry that someone will turn off the tap," he said. He later added, "The way I look at it, I'm a guy who acts to live. You can always have a job if you can play shoot-'em-up stuff. If playing cops pays the bills, that's what I need to do to support my family."
