Beyoncé Knowles Carter's Cécred brand is expanding its hair-care universe, extending its focus on healthy hair into fragrance with the launch of its first new hair perfume.
The hair-care line has officially announced its new Temple Oud Hair Perfume, making the brand's beloved signature scent available as a dedicated hair fragrance. The new perfume is now available on cecred.com, followed by a nationwide release on the Ulta app on Sept. 17 and in Ulta Beauty stores on Sept. 19. It marks the brand's first fragrance-focused product.
The Temple Oud Hair Perfume is billed as a rich, woody-floral aroma designed to linger all day. Made with antioxidant-rich ingredients, the formula works with hair’s natural chemistry to help the fragrance last longer
than it would on skin.

This isn't the "Irreplaceable" singer's first foray into fragrance. She released several versions of the perfume Beyoncé Heat, starting in 2010, including amber, vanilla, and woody notes. Old bottles of that discontinued line are still considered popular collectors items on secondary markets. Then, in 2023, she released Cé Noir Eau De Parfum followed by Cé Lumiére in 2024. This first Cécred hair fragrance continues to show the songstress is a fan of bold, sultry scents.
The new release comes nearly one month after Cécred announced the expansion of its restoring collection and the launch of its restoring lash and brow builder, inspired by the success of its viral edge drops.

Beyoncé launched Cécred in February 2024 with products for all hair types and textures. Beyoncé first teased the business venture in May 2023 in an Instagram post about growing up in her mom's hair salon.
"I saw firsthand how the ways we nurture and celebrate hair can directly impact our souls," she wrote. "I watched her heal and be of service to so many women. Having learned so much on my hair journey, I've always dreamed of carrying on her legacy."
In August 2025, Cécred released a newProtection Collection line, designed to tackle the challenges of wearing protective hairstyles and extensions. This was followed by multiple additional releases that included the styling collection.
Cécred went on to win multiple awards including being named brand of the year at the 2025 Beauty Inc Awards. Beyoncé's Cécred has grown from a hair-care line into a powerhouse beauty brand with a presence across the singer’s broader creative world.
Since its debut, the brand has expanded tostar-studded hair shows and events, plus has been featured on Beyoncé's record-breaking Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin' Circuit Tour and more.
