More than 16,000 dressers sold by Walmart across the United States are being recalled for what officials called serious entrapment, injury and death hazards.
According to a recall notice posted by the Consumer
Product Safety Commission (CPSC) on July 23, 16,809 EnHomee 9-Drawer Fabric Dressers violated mandatory safety standards.
“The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in risk of serious injuries or death to children,” the CPSC said in its notice.
Officials said the dressers were sold between September 2023 and March 2026 on Walmart.com for $80. The affected dressers came in various colors, including white, brown, gray and black with metal frames. The CPSC said that no injuries or incidents have been reported in connection with the recalled dressers.

How big are the recalled dressers?
The recalled dressers are 5.3 inches wide, 27.5 inches tall, 47.2 inches long, and weigh 41.3 pounds, according to the CPSC notice.
Only orders placed before March 30, 2026, are part of this recall, per the recall notice. The recall number is 26-633.
What should I do if I have an affected dresser?
According to the CPSC, customers are being asked to stop using the products immediately and store them away from children unless they are anchored to a wall. Officials are asking consumers to contact the manufacturer, Raybee-Direct, to receive a full refund.
Upon contacting Raybee-Direct, consumers will be asked to submit a photo to RaybeeRecall@outlook.com demonstrating disposal of the product.
