The MLB playoffs are here! Is there a better time of year? It may not be October, but we're calling it October baseball anyway and it starts tomorrow with a full slate of wild card games.
Wild card games will start at 2 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Sept. 29 and run all day long. The Atlanta Braves will kick things off against the Philadelphia Phillies
, followed bythe Houston Astros vs. the Chicago White Sox, the New York Yankees vs. the Boston Red Sox and finally the San Diego Padres vs. the Chicago Cubs, which doesn't get started until 10 p.m. ET.Four teams are waiting in the wings after earning a first round bye and advancing straight to a division series. Those teams are the Milwaukee Brewers, Los Angeles Dodgers, Tampa Bay Rays and Cleveland Guardians.
Tickets are available now for both the wild card and division series.

Yankees vs. Red Sox AL Wild Card tickets
Another year, another playoff series featuring the best rivalry in baseball! All three Yankees vs. Red Sox wild card gameswill be played in New York, beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 29. Limited tickets are already available for what has the potential to be the biggest series of the entire playoffs.

The San Diego Padres will once again take on the Chicago Cubs in a best-of-three series beginning Tuesday, Sept. 29. Last season, the Cubs hosted the series and won in a decisive third game. This year, the Padres will host the first-round series.

It took 162 games but the No. 3 Houston Astros are the AL West champions and will host the No. 6 Chicago White Sox in the MLB playoffs. Here is a look at the schedule for the wild card series between the Astros and White Sox.
