Why It Matters: Harvey actually made some shifty moves on Monday night, but it only led to 41 total yards on seven combined touches. As long as J.K. Dobbins is healthy, Harvey should be more of a change-of-pace back that sees time in obvious passing situations. Harvey is a decent flex option and someone worth rostering.
