Apple is involved in a class action lawsuit that could give certain iPhone customers a payout. Are you one of them?
According to the settlement webpage, powered by Verita, the lawsuit claims that Apple failed to deliver certain Apple Intelligence features in a timely manner for certain devices. Plaintiffs in the case allege that this violates the consumer protection laws in varying states.
Apple denies these claims.
What iPhones are in Apple class action settlement?
The settlement is for Apple iPhones 16, 16e, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max devices that were purchased in the United States between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025.
Devices purchased for resale are not eligible.
