Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and Jay-Z have teamed up for the ultimate collaboration. The husband-wife duo released a standout remix of Beyoncé's latest track, "Morning Dew (Donk)."
The most-decorated female Grammy artist released the "Morning Dew (Donk)" remix featuring Jay-Z on Aug. 4, a month after her Parkwood Entertainment Company announced the original track, which blends smooth R&B vocals with contemporary pop.
The new song is a spin on her latest drop with a hard-hitting beat that combines hip-hop hits such as Soulja Boy's anthem "Donk," Sheck Wes' ubiquitous "Mo Bamba" and even a R&B classic by The Isley Brothers, "Between the Sheets."
Notably, Jay-Z, who is in the middle of his 30th anniversary concert series, appears on the new remix.
Written
by Beyoncé, Pharrell Williams, The Dream, and Darius Dixon, just to name a few, "Morning Dew (Donk)" was released on July 4, 2026. A version of the tune was actually leaked several years ago and spread on social media before Parkwood officially unveiled the song.
The summer rollout kickstarted a 60-day countdown to Beyoncé's birthday on Sept. 4, which is also the 20th anniversary of her second studio album, "B'Day," released on Sept. 4, 2006. The new song will reportedly be included on a 20th anniversary edition of "B'Day."
When Jay-Z added a show at Tottenham Hotspur Stadiumin London as part of his "Jay-Z30" series on Sept. 4, fans started speculating that the Grammy-winning couple might appear together for a special performance this fall.
The string of shows commemorates the 30th anniversary of Jay-Z's debut album, "Reasonable Doubt," released June 25, 1996. He's also celebrating the 25th anniversary of his sixth studio album, "The Blueprint," released Sept. 11, 2001.
While neither has confirmed if Beyoncé will appear during the double anniversary and birthday concert, there's no question that the two have been cooking up new projects together.
