San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel rushed two times for 14 yards and was on the receiving end of a hook-and-lateral play on a catch by Mike Evans that he took 80 yards for a touchdown in Week 3 against the Arizona Cardinals.

Why It Matters: As one might imagine, Samuel goes into the record books for the most receiving yards in a game by a player who didn't actually catch a pass. More important for fantasy managers is that Samuel might be the only "name" receiver to the 49ers in Week 4 after Mike Evans (rib, oblique) left the game for good in the second quarter. With that said, Samuel would be hard to trust as anything more than a low-end WR3 in Week 4 versus the Broncos.
