Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin caught three passes for 37 yards in a Week 5 win over the Dallas Cowboys. Godwin also ran once for three yards.

Why It Matters: Godwin continues to produce minimal numbers through the first five weeks of the season, averaging a disheartening 3.8-36-0 line. Those are the kind of numbers that can earn a player a one-way ticket to the waiver wire. That might be a bit premature, though. Tampa Bay's offense was always going to have some growing pains with a new offensive coordinator and the loss of longtime stalwart Mike Evans, and the injury to Baker Mayfield (thumb) has extended those woes. There might be better days ahead for Godwin, who could hold WR5 value as the weeks progress, so at least
those in deeper leagues should stay the course, if possible.
