Four of the top 25 teams in USA TODAY Sports' Super 25 high school Week 5 football rankings hail from the Sunshine State, while many others are on the verge of joining the rankings.
A potential Florida matchup that could affect the Super 25 either next week or by the end of the season takes place on Friday, Sept. 18, between Chaminade-Madonna (3-1) and Cardinal Gibbons (2-2). Neither team is ranked this week, but both have the potential to finish the year near the top.
