Less than 24 hours after the SEC filed a lawsuit against LSU and Lane Kiffin, the Tigers' head coach made an appearance at his son, Knox Kiffin's, high school football game on Friday, Sept.4.
Knox is making his debut with LSU Laboratory School's (U-High) after transferring from Oxford High School when his dad took the head coaching job with the Tigers.
At the start of U-High's matchup with Archbishop Rummel, Lane Kiffin was seen behind the end zone, both on the Varsity Sports Now broadcast and in an X post from Preston Guy.
Knox Kiffin and the Cubs struck first, when Corbin Odell found the endzone to start the second quarter.

Last night, Sept. 3, a Louisiana court voted in favor of allowing more than a dozen former college athletes to return to college despite concluding their eligibility this past season. Lane Kiffin was right in the middle of this ruling, as he has allowed athletes who have already participated in NFL training camps to join his program.
The Tigers start their season tomorrow against Clemson at 7:30 p.m. ET.
In addition to Lane Kiffin, another well-known name in Louisiana was spotted on the sidelines. Former LSU star and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Garrett Nussmeier was seen supporting his younger brother, Colton, in his debut for Rummel, alongside their dad and New Orleans Saints offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier.
Colton is a four-star Georgia commit who transferred to Rummel after losing an eligibility battle at Denton Ryan High School in Texas.
U-High leads Archbishop Rummel 14-7 with six minutes left in the first half.
