A popular restaurant chain known for fine dining is offering a deal that's almost too good to be true.
Perry's Steakhouse and Grille is launching what they are calling a Flashback Friday deal on Friday, Oct. 2. Customers can choose between its famous Pork Chop Friday Lunch or the new Caramelized Prime Rib Steak Sandwich for just 79 cents.
The deal will be available to the first 200 dine-in guests at each location.
Here's what else to know about the promotion.
Will this be available at every Perry's location?

Yes, for the most part. The only location that will be excluded from the promotion is in Friendswoods, Texas.
What are the menu items in the deal?

Both the Pork Chop Friday Lunch and the Caramelized Prime Rib Steak Sandwich are apart of the chain's lunch menu items
on Fridays. The chain serves lunch each weekday but offers a special menu on Fridays. It's usually served from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET at most locations.
Although Perry's is a steakhouse, one of their most beloved menu items is the pork chop. The Pork Chop Friday Lunch consists of potatoes, applesauce and bread alongside side the slow-cooked pork chop. It's usually around $24. Outside of Fridays, the pork chop is usually around $49-$50 on the regular dinner menu.
The Caramelized Prime Rib Steak Sandwich, served with fries and horseradish cream, is typically only offered on Perry's Friday lunch specials. (The chain offers a Caramelized Prime Rib Dinner another day of the week.) It's usually around $29. This is the first year the sandwich has been a part of the 79 cent promotion.
How does the deal work?
You must be in person to get the deal and age 21 and up. The first 200 guests in line at each location will get a special card that will either get them the Famous Pork Chop Friday Lunch or the Caramelized Prime Rib Steak Sandwich. There will be 100 given out for each. "Cards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while quantities of each remain," the news release states.
Is this deal new? And why 79 cents?
This 79 cent deal has been offered by the chain before and often draws long lines. The 79 cents represents the year the chain was started, 1979. Perry's has multiple locations across the U.S. in several states with the most locations being in Texas.
