What is the story about?
The
Cleveland Browns are no strangers to quarterback issues. And those issues popped up early in Week 8.
Deshaun Watson exited the Browns' Week 8 contest early in the first quarter after taking a hit from the Pittsburgh Steelers' Jaquan Brisker. The defender was flagged for roughing the passer on the play, and Shedeur Sanders entered the game for Cleveland.
It was a helmet-to-helmet hit on the quarterback, which could've prompted a concussion evaluation.
Watson was seen on the sidelines with his helmet after spending time in the blue medical tent, indicating that he could be prepared to return on the Browns' next drive.
