Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott completed 22 of 34 passes for 175 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in a Week 1 loss to the New York Giants. Prescott also ran twice for 14 yards.

Why It Matters: New York's plan on Sunday night was to limit Dallas' possessions, and they did. The Cowboys held the ball for just over 23 minutes and ran only 52 plays, which resulted in subpar numbers for many of the team's top stars, including Prescott. The 175 passing yards were the fewest the Cowboys quarterback recorded in a full game since Dec. 17, 2023, when he threw for 134 yards versus Buffalo. There's simply too much talent in Dallas offensively to worry much about Prescott, who will try to rebound against the Commanders in Week 2.
