Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil's girlfriend was arrested in Tennessee for assault.
Rainbow Hannah Andreani, 45, was booked into jail in Williamson County on Sunday, Nov. 1, and faces a domestic-related assault charge, according to inmate records reviewed by USA TODAY Thursday, Nov. 5. She was released the next day after posting a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court in December.
USA TODAY reached out to a representative for Neil for comment. TMZ was first to report the news.

The arrest comes nearly two years after a plane owned by the singer crashed into a parked aircraft at the Scottsdale Airport, leaving one dead and several injured. Though Neil was not on the flight, Andreani and a friend were both hospitalized with serious injuries.
It's also almost two years since Neil experienced a stroke in December 2024 that he said left doctors unsure of whether he'd be able to perform on stage again. After postponing their scheduled Las Vegas residency in 2025 due to Neil undergoing a "required medical procedure," he made a full return for the band's 11-show residency at the Park MGM in September and October that year.
Crüe cofounder Nikki Sixx recently told USA TODAY that Neil's "health is of most concern, as is the health of the band," after the frontman's fourth stroke.
"Vince doesn't want to pull any punches, and we didn’t want to do any songs that maybe were too much on him," Sixx said. "But he was like, 'I’m in.' I want to do 'Red Hot.' I love these songs. He really came to work and was sounding good pre-production. But once we hit the stage, he really came alive."
The bassist continued, "He just wanted to be the best he could be. … He’s taken a lot of bricks in the face over the years for his vocals live and he doesn't like seeing that kind of stuff. So he really wanted to come in and not only prove to himself but to the fans that he's vocally totally capable."
The band returns to Las Vegas for its fourth residency – the aptly named Carnival of Sins in Sin City – for an eight-show run between March 19 and April 3, 2027, at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
