Costco is now selling a dog toy inspired by one of 2026's viral stars: Jimothy.
The toy, designed by Think Dog by Delca, will be available only at Costco warehouses in the Pacific Northwest, the company said in an Instagram post. The Pacific Northwest typically includes states such as Oregon, Idaho and Washington.
"We hope you enjoy Jimothy as much as we do!" the company stated.
Although not all Costco stores nationwide will carry the dog toy, Costco will begin to sell it online "in just a few weeks," according to Think Dog by Delca. An official date for when the toy will be available online has not yet been announced.
This is not the first time Costco has sold one of the company's dog toys. The company's two-pack "Delca Land of Llamas Dog Toys"
retails on Costco's website for $25.99.
USA TODAY has contacted Think Dog by Delca and Costco for more information.
Who is Jimothy?
Jimothy is a raccoon with a rare defect known as short spine syndrome, who went viral over the summer.
The raccoon, spotted in Seattle, looks a bit different from other members of his species because his spine is much shorter than a typical raccoon's. But his unusual look made him famous and inspired people to create plushies, paintings, drawings and more of the raccoon.
Google even joined in and created a Google Doodle. When users search for Jimothy on Google, a little cartoon version of the raccoon scuttles across the screen.
Since Jimothy went mega viral, the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum also unveiled a Jimothy bobblehead, which retails for $30 on its website.
Merchandise inspired by the little raccoon, like birthday cards, stickers and more, sold by different businesses can also be found on Etsy.
What does the toy look like?
The Jimothy toy is an oval-shaped plushie raccoon. It has a little raccoon face, with black marks around its eyes and gray fur all over its body. It also has arms and legs, and two black-and-white ears on top of its head.
The toy retails for $10.99, according to a photo Costco For Everything posted on Instagram.

Social media reacts to Jimothy dog toy
Some online are obsessed and can't wait to get one for themselves or their dog.
"My pup (and I) need one so badly!" commented one user on Think Dog by Delca's post.
"We love this so much!" said another.
But some folks shared different sentiments.
"Jimi would never agree to this," one user commented on Secret Seattle's Instagram post about the new toy.
"Jimothy better be getting paid for this," said another.
