Woody Marks took over the RB1 role for the Houston Texans. An injury has now taken him out of the game.
David Montgomery is sidelined with a groin injury for Houston, giving the second-year back a chance to shine in the backfield. Running room isn't easy to come by for the Texans, who rank in the bottom-10 of the league when it comes to rushing yards.
That has left most of the burden on the right arm of C.J. Stroud and that figures to only increase if Marks cannot return.
He appeared to suffer a knee injury after being twisted down by the New York Giants in what was an ugly looking tackle.

Marks was able to walk off the field under his own power and went right
into the medical tent.
