The 2026 NFL season is just two weeks old, but already the 2027 Super Bowl odds have shifted.
The Los Angeles Rams remain the favorite to hoist the Lombardi Trophy, but the pecking order behind them is looking
a lot different than it did at the start of the season. The Buffalo Bills have risen into the No. 2 slot, while the Kansas City Chiefs are rapidly climbing after a strong start to the 2026 campaign.
Meanwhile, the Denver Broncos – who have posted a 1-1 record to start the season – have sagged a bit, with sportsbooks considering them a fringe, top-10 team. That may put a damper on what some projected as a potential Super Bowl preview against the Rams on "Sunday Night Football" in Week 3, but there's still plenty of time for the slow starters to turn things around and make a playoff push.
Here's a look at the latest odds to win Super Bowl 61, from the favorite Rams to the mega-long-shot Miami Dolphins.
Latest Super Bowl 61 odds
Odds courtesy of BetMGM as of Sept. 25.
1. Los Angeles Rams (+600)
The Rams started the season with a dud in Melbourne, losing 27-7 to the San Francisco 49ers, before bouncing back in a big way in a 28-6 Week 2 thrashing of the New York Giants. Los Angeles is dealing with injuries to Myles Garrett (knee) and Puka Nacua (groin), but so long as the Rams can survive those, they will emerge as one of the NFL's top contenders in 2026.
2. Buffalo Bills (+750)
The Bills averaged a league-leading 38.5 points per game over the first two weeks of the 2026 NFL season. Josh Allen is playing at an MVP level, responsible for 674 total yards and nine total touchdowns without committing a turnover. Buffalo will remain a threat as long as Allen is thriving, though the team's defense – which ranks 26th in defensive EPA per play, according to the NFL's Next Gen Stats – may need to play a bit better to have a shot at a legitimate Super Bowl run.
3. Baltimore Ravens (+1000)
The Ravens are fresh off a 24-17 loss to the Saints in Week 2, but sportsbooks remain bullish on their potential. The dynamic offensive duo of Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry plays a big role, but Baltimore's defensive improvements are also a big deal. Jesse Minter's unit ranks fifth league-wide in pressure rate, per the NFL's Next Gen Stats, and the potential return of Nnamdi Madubuike could provide an even bigger boost.
T-4. San Francisco 49ers (+1100)
The 49ers beat the Rams handily in Melbourne and then crushed the lowly Miami Dolphins upon their return to Levi's Stadium. San Francisco has achieved those results despite a plethora of injuries at receiver, so the 49ers could be even better once they get closer to full strength. Per usual, Kyle Shanahan deserves a lot of credit for what he is getting out of his squad.
T-4. Seattle Seahawks (+1100)
The Seahawks are 2-0, but the reigning Super Bowl champions still aren't favored to repeat. Nonetheless, they survived an early-season injury to starting quarterback Sam Darnold and are seeing their defense thrive again under Mike Macdonald's tutelage. Seattle is as steady as it comes, though it would behoove the Seahawks to find a more consistent backfield rotation to support their quarterbacks.
6. Kansas City Chiefs (+1200)
The Chiefs are looking like NFL contenders again thanks to three key things. First, Patrick Mahomes is looking healthy as he returns from a torn ACL that prematurely ended his 2026 season. Second, Kenneth Walker III has provided the team with a true workhorse, something it has long lacked, to create an elite running game. Finally, Eric Bieniemy's return as offensive coordinator has allowed the Chiefs to re-emerge as an explosive, playmaking offense. That should be enough to make Kansas City a tough out, especially since Mahomes should only get better as he gets healthier.
7. Philadelphia Eagles (+1600)
The Eagles are off to a 2-0 start, though their wins have come by just a combined six points. Philadelphia is still adjusting to life post-A.J. Brown and, arguably more importantly, long-time offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland, but Nick Sirianni's squad remains the favorite to win the NFC East.
8. Cincinnati Bengals (+1800)
It's a miracle: the Bengals are off to a 2-0 start and Joe Burrow remains healthy. Their offense remains one of the best units in football, but the bigger story of the start of the season has been their defensive improvements. The additions of Dexter Lawrence and Bryan Cook, among others, have elevated Cincinnati's defense from a liability to a respectable unit. That could go a long way toward helping the Bengals return to the postseason for the first time since the 2022 NFL playoffs.
9. New England Patriots (+2000)
Drake Maye has struggled out of the chute, but the Patriots are allowing a league-low 8 points per game to open the season. New England will eventually need its offense to take a step forward, and also see A.J. Brown return from a high-ankle sprain, but they should remain tough to beat since Mike Vrabel has a knack for getting the most out of his defenses.
T-10. Denver Broncos (+2200)
The Broncos' defense returned to form in Week 2 after a shockingly bad outing in Week 1 against the Chiefs. Bo Nix's performance through two weeks hasn't inspired much confidence, but he did start building some chemistry with Jaylen Waddle in Week 2. If Denver keeps moving forward, its Week 3 date with the Rams could prove to be a Super Bowl preview.
T-10. Detroit Lions (+2200)
The Lions have one of the NFL's most explosive offenses thus far, but their defense has left a lot to be desired. The secondary has been particularly leaky with safeties Brian Branch and Kerby Joseph out of the lineup, but they will eventually return. If Detroit can hang on until that happens and win some shootouts, the Lions will have a chance to take advantage of a weaker-looking schedule.
T-10. Houston Texans (+2200)
The Texans are 0-2, but they opened the season against the Bills and the Bengals. It's reasonable to expect more success against the AFC South portion of their schedule. Houston's defense should also perform at a much higher level after enduring uncharacteristic struggles against Allen and Burrow.
T-10. Jacksonville Jaguars (+2200)
The Jaguars beat the Browns handily in Week 1 before mustering just 13 points in a road loss to the Broncos. The Jaguars and Texans look like the clear-cut best teams in the AFC South, so it makes sense they would have equal odds to win the division.
14. Dallas Cowboys (+2500)
15. Minnesota Vikings (+3000)
16. Chicago Bears (+3500)
17. Green Bay Packers (+5000)
18. Los Angeles Chargers (+6000)
10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+6600)
T-20. Indianapolis Colts (+8000)
T-20. New Orleans Saints (+8000)
T-20. Pittsburgh Steelers (+8000)
23. Carolina Panthers (+10000)
24. Las Vegas Raiders (+12500)
T-25. New York Giants (+15000)
T-25. Washington Commanders (+15000)
T-25. Atlanta Falcons (+15000)
28. New York Jets (+20000)
29. Arizona Cardinals (+30000)
30. Cleveland Browns (+50000)
31. Tennessee Titans (+75000)
32. Miami Dolphins (+100000)
