Santa Claus may have a claim to the North Pole, but the "Queen of Christmas," Mariah Carey, is planting her flag in eight cities this holiday season.
Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar, a pop-up created in partnership with Bucket Listers, will return in November with twice as many locations as last year. The 2026 run will include its first-ever international edition.
"The holidays are my favorite time of year, and I love finding new ways to share the magic with my fans," Carey said in a news release. "This year, we're making my holiday bars even more fabulous and bringing the celebration to more cities than ever before! Think festive cocktails, wall-to-wall sparkle, and plenty of surprises. I can't wait for everyone to celebrate with us!"
Where are Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bars?
The pop-ups will
be open on Nov. 19 in:
- Atlanta
- Boston
- Chicago
- Houston
- Los Angeles
- New York
- San Diego
- London
The London location will launch shortly before the “All I Want For Christmas Is You” crooner brings her Christmastime Tour to the U.K., with shows in Birmingham, London, and Manchester beginning on Nov. 27.

What are Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bars like?
Guests can expect "Mariah-inspired décor, chart-topping interactive moments, and surprises designed to celebrate her signature glamour at every turn," according to the release.
At its Nashville location in 2024, I saw Christmas trees – both classic and flocked – in seemingly every corner, garland-lined archways and nutcracker statues surveying the scene. Red gift bags labeled “M.C.” lined sleek wood shelving, and projections of snowflakes danced on the ceiling.

A line formed to take photos with a PVC board version of the superstar, but Carey herself wasn’t in attendance.
Cocktails featuring the singer’s Black Irish cream liqueur, including salted caramel and white chocolate flavors, will also be available, though exact menu items vary by location. Those hoping to toast the holidays Mariah-style can sign up for waitlists online to be notified when tickets become available.
In 2025, tickets cost roughly $20 to $25 across locations, including a welcome cocktail, for a 90-minute time slot. Exact pricing for 2026 is still to be announced.
