In 2025, the NFL posted a graphic on the opening day of the season, with player representatives from all 32 teams walking up to the Lombardi Trophy. The two closest players: Seattle Seahawks QB Sam Darnold and New England Patriots passer Drake Maye.
The two met in Super Bowl 60, with the Seahawks ultimately taking home the hardware, leading some to believe the graphic was less fun, engaging design and more fodder for those fond of tinfoil headwear.

Could we be in for a Cowboys-Jaguars meeting in Super Bowl 61?
It's not a stretch to believe that the two teams could meet in Los Angeles. The Cowboys' roster is among the best in the NFL, while the Jaguars have continued to stoke Super Bowl aspirations following a 13-4 season that ended in the wild-card round vs. the Buffalo Bills.
But the road to glory has many twists and turns. So, Cowboys and Jaguars fans, don't book those L.A. hotel rooms just yet. Unless you're a fan of a tinfoil hat.
