Why it Matters: Concepcion took a big step backwards after his breakout game at Tennessee. The Cleveland offense struggled as a whole, but when Deshaun Watson needed a receiver, it was Harold Fannin Jr. coming up big in this one. Concepcion remains more of a WR4 or flex fantasy option, and he is a must-have in long-term keeper formats.
