Britney Spears is sharing rare insight into her family time.
The 44-year-old pop star on Oct. 7 shared a photo on Instagram of herself posing with sons Sean Preston Federline, 21, and Jayden James Federline, 20, at late country legend Dolly Parton's Dollywood theme park
. Spears, concealing her face with a large pair of sunglasses and a mask, stands between her two sons, who made their runway debut during Paris Fashion Week earlier this year."Wow wow!!! I didn’t know this place existed, so incredibly cool and exciting," Spears wrote alongside the family photo. She continued, "But [it's] extremely hot and my skirt is too big for me… family outings!!! DOLLYWOOD IS ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!!!"
She also posted two videos of herself riding some of the more
adventurous attractions. In one of the clips, she clutches her younger son's arm as she claims she's "getting old" and "going to throw up."
In an August social media post criticizing her conservatorship and alleging that "every … person took advantage of me," Spears opened up about feeling as if she "had failed as a mother" after one of her sons expressed that he did not believe in God.
"I know there is a Holy Spirit that sits high in the kingdom of heaven. I've been there I've felt it," she wrote. She also admitted, "I wanna tell my kids and people in general that I'm sorry for my mistakes in the past."
Spears, who shares her two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline, is in the midst of a 12-month summary probation for misdemeanor reckless driving following her arrest in March on suspicion of driving under the influence. The following month, her representative confirmed to USA TODAY that she had "voluntarily checked herself into a treatment facility."
Her spokesperson called the incident "completely inexcusable" and expressed hope that starting rehabilitation would be "the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney's life."
"Her boys are going to be spending time with her," the statement said. "Her loved ones are going to come up with an overdue needed plan to set her up for success for well-being."
