What is the story about?
Washington
Commanders running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt rushed 12 times for 43 yards in Week 2 against the Dallas Cowboys, while absorbing his only target for five yards.

Why it Matters: Croskey-Merritt had more touches, which is good, but he had just 3.6 yards per attempt, too, while Rachaad White averaged a healthy 6.1 yards per attempt. Both White and Bill could potentially see more responsibilities moving forward, as Jayden Daniels exited with an injury to his elbow which appeared serious. If Washington has a more ground-based attack with Marcus Mariota under center, Croskey-Merritt could see a little more usage.
